Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actor from the United States. Born on 27 March 1970, she's 5'9 tall. Her most well-known role is for playing the role of Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost TV show and FBI Agent Erica Evans in V. Gia as well as The Escape Clause. Mitchell is a character in the Eric Kripke television series Revolution which is broadcast on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell her stepfather and her mother are lawyers based out of Dallas. Josephine Marian Mitchell nee Jenkins is also an Dallas lawyer. Mitchell and her mom moved to Dallas Texas from California in 1970. In the year 1975 the Mitchell's mom got married Joseph Mitchell. Mitchell has graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts an all-public magnet school. She is the eldest of three sisters, the other of whom are Kristina Helen Kristie Mitchell, and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In 1991, she graduated from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and furthering her studies at the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years in Dallas Theater Center and a time in the Encore Theater. She is most well-known for playing the role of Special Agent Emily Prentiss (CBS crime drama Criminal Minds) Her role in Criminal Minds was reduced to just half for the sixth series in the report from June of 2010. The character of Brewsters left the series on March of 2011 and is expected to return to it at a later time.
