Sharon Yvonne Stone, born on March 10, 1958, from Meadville (Pennsylvania), is the daughter of Dorothy Lawson, a former employee at a factory and Joseph William Stone, a tool and die maker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone is a gifted student in the classroom as a young child, began in second grade at five. She earned a high school diploma at Saegertown located in Saegertown in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. She also competed at Saegertown's Miss Pennsylvania beauty pageant, winning Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt in 1977, moved in New Jersey for a modeling job. She signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week after. Then, she relocated back to Europe and spent an entire year in Milan in Italy and Paris. In the end, Stone became disillusioned with modeling and fashion and modeling in Europe she decided to go into acting while in the country. Woody Allen's movie, "Stardust Memories", was a mixed success in her 20s.
